Request deletion
- Email support@ambrain.eu.
- State which account or page it concerns.
- We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Disconnect an account in the portal
You can disconnect a connected account yourself in the Ambrain portal. We then delete that account’s access tokens immediately, so Ambrain can no longer read anything from it.
To also have the data Ambrain already read deleted, request it as described above.
Remove the app through Facebook
- In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations. Apps with access to your Pages or ad accounts are listed there.
- If Ambrain is not listed there, look under Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites.
- Select Ambrain and remove the app.
From then on, Ambrain can no longer read data from your Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts or ad accounts. To also have the data already read deleted, email us as described above.
Revoke access in Google
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Select Ambrain and remove access.
From then on, Ambrain can no longer read data from your Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts. To also have the data already read deleted, email us as described above.
Revoke access in LinkedIn
- In LinkedIn, go to Settings › Data privacy › Other applications › Permitted services.
- Select Ambrain and remove access.
From then on, Ambrain can no longer read data from your LinkedIn account. To also have the data already read deleted, email us as described above.
If you request nothing
We keep data for as long as the contract with the customer runs, plus 3 months. After that we delete it. More in our privacy policy.
